1. When will my order ship? Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business day after you complete your purchase.
2. What shipping carrier do you use? We use USPS for all shipments.
3. What are your shipping costs? Standard shipping is $6.00 and usually takes 2-5 business days. And we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00.
4. Where do you ship to? We ship anywhere within the continuous United States of America.
5. How do I track my order? After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You will also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you have received it.
6. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept all major credit cards.
7. Do you have a retail store? No, though we have participated in a few pop-ups and we plan to continue in the future.
8. Do you sell gift cards? Yes, we do sell digital gift cards. They arrive via email and make great gifts!
9. I'm sending this as a gift, do you include price information in the package? No worries! Our orders are shipped with a packing slip that does not include pricing.
